Town Centre Victorian Apartment – Shrewsbury

This developer was an existing client. They had renovated and developed a series of properties in a court yard area in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre.

Stanza Style was commissioned to dress two remaining unsold properties to help a potential buyer visualise themselves living there. This two bedroom ornate Victorian apartment had a very large stunning lounge area and being void of furniture didn’t show how the room could be laid out. Most importantly the developer didn’t want to create a ‘Showhome’ staged feel; they wanted the property to feel like a ‘home’.

We chose a light and sophisticated colour scheme to complement the ornate plasterwork and complemented this with semi traditional furniture to create the ‘Wow’ factor of this wonderful apartment.
