Customer Care and Confidentiality

Stanza Style prides themselves on always putting the client first.We are always ready to tailor our service to suit your needs and address any issues you may have.Our priority is to ensure that you are completely happy with the service provided and will do the utmost to provide total satisfaction.

Stanza style will never divulge client information to third parties.All information supplied will remain completely confidential. Testimonials and pictures taken will only be used in marketing material with the permission of the client.

Advice and information is given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves before taking action as a result of a report or information found on this site; and that they are satisfied that they have taken all necessary health & safety precautions necessary in undertaking any improvements or alterations to their property. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person using the information on the web site or in any action plan.

We do not give structural advice. Before undertaking structural alterations or major repairs to a property you are strongly advised to seek relevant professional advice from a suitably qualified architect or builder.

Charges: fees must be paid for with Cash or Cheque at the time of consultation or within 7 days of invoice if previously arranged.

Consultations: A consultation in an average size property will take approximately 2 hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, cellars and loft spaces without a full staircase are not included and the consultant maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time. Advice is generally of a cosmetic nature and therefore fixtures, fittings and structural issues are not covered.

All emails received and sent are virus checked and security of information is safeguarded as much as possible. However it is understood that the Internet cannot be regarded as a completely secure medium.

Health and Safety: Stanza Style consultants are not permitted to lift heavy objects, climb ladders or undertake any other activities which pose a serious risk of injury. Stanza Style has Public and Products Liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of £2 million.
