Photo Consultation - £20 per room

Feeling stuck for ideas and inspiration; don’t know what to tackle first? Post or email your photographs to us and we will quickly assess what can be done to enhance the room style. Please bear in mind that there are limitations to this service and it is reliant upon good quality photography. When taking the photograph please stand in each corner of the room to help capture as much of the room as possible.You may wish to send additional photographs of specific features you would like us to advise you upon.

Mini Consultation - Free

FREE no obligation 30 minute verbal consultation.

This home visit allows us to discuss your home staging needs and which of our services would suit you best.

Verbal Consultation - £75

We will walk through your house in the way a buyer would. We will carry out a 2 hour assessment on the homes first impression, décor, colour, layout, accessories and clutter giving recommendations for each room.We will give you suggestions of things that can be done to maximise on the profit of the property and by the end you will have taken a series of notes listing what you should do next.

Written Consultation - £125

This service includes both a verbal consultation and a full written report to build a total analysis and action plan of the property. Written out room by room the report will diagnose the areas which need attention and a prescription of what is required. Photographs of the house are provided, an action plan for de-cluttering, a list of recommended tradesmen, suggested fabrics and paint colours, flooring, lighting, accessories, furniture placement and advice on final preparations for sale.

One Day Home Refresh - £150 per day plus accessories

Is your home looking tired and dull and in need of some TLC? Life is busy, we don’t always have the time to sit back and look at our own home. Things get out of place, cluttered and tired. Stepping back and allowing us to take an objective view can help you to re-define your home's best potential. No decorating is required, spending just one day using mostly what you already have to best present your home. We can add some simple cost effective accessories if required that will enhance the style and help to create the overall look and feel you desire.

The Full Home Staging Service – Fees and information on application

Should you wish to take the consultation to the next level, we offer a full home staging service. Taking into account the diagnosis from the Verbal or Written Consultation we can provide you with a prescriptive full home staging service which includes project management, sourcing products and accessories to dealing with trades-people.

Before
This dining room looked dark, dated and cluttered. The carpet was worn and heavy red curtains hung at the window obscuring light into the room. The furniture was dark, old and in need of replacement.

After
The first thing to do was de-clutter!

The walls were painted a light neutral colour and the carpet changed to blend in with the scheme. The owner had already purchased new furniture for their new house and this was used in the room taking out the old dated furniture. The heavy red curtains were removed and replaced with simple light blinds to enhance the light in the room.

Improved lighting was added and new pictures the owner had elsewhere in the house were hung to complement the style of the room.

The dining room looked refreshed, modern and desirable to a prospective buyer.
