Large 4 Bedroom Family Home – Hadnall, Shropshire

This developer spent a lot of time and effort working with us to create exactly the showhome they wanted that would accentuate their quality of build construction. Working from a formal design brief and architectural plans we produced design and colour boards to help the developer visualise how the overall scheme would look (see image of mood boards)

The development was situated in a semi rural location between Shrewsbury and Whitchurch and was targeted towards the young and mature family market. The scheme chosen gave a fresh, modern but sophisticated feel to the property and as the showhome was likely to be there for up to two years would complement the changing of the seasons throughout the year.
